Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife of seven years, to Jordan,  mom to mini doodle Winslow, and part of a legacy rooted in creativity, curiosity, and service. My father comes from a long line of artists and producers, including Hall of Fame members while my mother’s side brought the influence of Thoroughbred horse racing, farming, archaeology, and community care. Both of my parents serve in ministry, and for many years, so did I—until I found my calling in the therapy room.

I’m also a survivor. It was my own healing journey—sitting once in the client’s seat—that gave me a deep understanding of what it means to feel broken, to hope for more, and to fight for wholeness. That lived experience shapes every part of how I practice: present, grounded, attuned, and unafraid of the hard things.

If you’ve found your way here, you're already taking a brave step. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
